Depends on the different project size and complexity, the construction time might various from just a few days to several months. To ensure the safety and efficiency of the work all the time, we usually expect our clients to meet some of the minimal requirements listed on the right.
Clear the work area for enough space.
Grant the access to the community gate.
No barrier to the site (e.g. Lock or elevator).
Utility access (water & electricity).
The available rest room.
The available trash can or dumpster
The available drainge outlet.
Parking space for loading & unloading.
Secure any aggressive pets.
Any special requirements listed on the agreement.
How It Works

3. PREPARE FOR THE JOB
Once agreement is reached, we will prepare the necessary materials and tools and coordinate the available workers for your case. Start the site work on the scheduled date.
4. CONSTRUCTION
We will schedule several time slots available for you to start the site work. You don’t have to worry about anything, we got you all covered during this step.
5. Inspection & File
You will be notified once the installation and cleaning work are all completed. You should then inspect the work and let us know the result.
